A very kind man!!!

today, something happy happened to me on my way home. i was worried about my final essay for Gender and Sexuality class in CIE, because i hadn't finished it. i was going to finish it at school and ask somebody who is a native speaker. BUT CIE was kind of empty because international students already left school for their holidays, so i couldn't find any of my foreign friends. i could find some but they were not native speakers. on my way home, i was really worried about my essay like "how can i find someone who will proofread my paper before the due day?!" the due day is next Monday 1st period. then, i met taeko on a platform and talked about it. and we found a man on the same train as we were on and decided to ask him to proofread my paper. we both knew that he was going to get off the train at Osaka-ko because all foreigners get off there. so, we got off the train at Osaka-ko and ran to him, and i asked him to proofread it. then, he said ok and did it for me. what was happy to me was that he was trying hard to get to know what i wanna say on my paper though he didn't even know me. he was such a kind man!!! i couldn't believe it. i thought i was sooooo lucky that the man i spoke to was that man. and of course, i appreciate Taeko being with me while i was asking him. do you have any experience like this? is so, tell me!!

Hotani campus

I went to Hotani campus after class today. It was my second time to go there. Why I went there is that I had to take a picture of Hotani campus for a class whose theme is "let's make our own cultural architecture book." and my first assignment was to take a picture of Hotani and Nakamiya campus, and to make a comment on them. This is not for my architecture class in CIE, but for "sougoukamoku 1." Hotani campus was boring to me. I had nothing to do, the buildings seemed dirty(it's because Nakamiya is too clean), and what was the worst was the bus!! It took about an hour to go back to Hirakata-shi station. it made me really tired!! there were too many traffic lights on the way to the station so the bus stopped a lot though it was a non-stop bus. it was terrible!! I thought this was gonna be my last time to go to Hotani.
by the way, i went bowling last weekend and it was really fun!! me and my team partner won the game(^o^)♪ how was your weekend? did you do anything fun?

Interesting movie!!

I saw a movie in one class in CIE this week. the title is "minna no ie". in English, "all about my house". I think some of you know this movie. it's about building a new house. the reason I saw it in class is that the class I'm taking is Architecture class... I didn't want to take that class but I have to... though i'm not interested in architecture...but anyway, the movie is really funny!! not only for Japanese but also for foreign people, becuase the international students in that class were laughing all the time!! They were laughing much much more than the Japanese students. I recommend you to see this movie! I haven't finished the movie but i think I'll finish it today in class. I have to go now, so see ya!!

Hello!

This is Aya Tani.
I live in Nanko in Osaka city. It's along the Osaka bay and it's quite far from Hirakata.
It takes more than an hour and half to come to school but I really love my hometown, because it's a very safe place and people are nice.
I like watching sports, listening to music, and watching movies.
My favorite movie is Armageddon.

I often go to Shinsaibashi for shopping and I just went there last weekend.
I bought a skirt and a t-shirt. They were really cheap!!

Now I'm taking classes in CIE so EnglishⅡis the only class that I can join you.
I'm going to study in America from this summer if I could pass those classes.
Please feel free to ask me any questions about study abroad programs or anything else.
