Great time with my sweet friends

last night i had a great time with my classmates from last year!!!!! it was including kind of surprising party for 4 of us who are going on exchange this summer. we were in the karaoke place and suddenly they started to sing "tegami" for us, and gave us sweeeeeet albums with warm messages!!!!! it really surprised me because i didnt expect such things were gonna happen at the party. but i felt sooooooooooo happy to have such sweet friends!!! i thank them so much for their love!!!!!!!

i was so excited about going to US but now i started feeling kind of sad to leave japan. this is my first time to feel so sad and lonely to leave my place... when i graduated from high school, i felt so sad as well, but i was excited about entering university so it was not so sad as it is this time. whenever i leave my place, i always feel excited to go to a new place rather than feel sad to leave my place. and this time, at first i was very excited about leaving for US rather than sad about leaving japan. but now im soooooooooooo sad that i have to leave in like 20 days....

but because i know that i can meet them again, im not gonna say "sad" again. instead, i will say;
"i am looking forward to seeing you guys again after i come back from US!!!!"
anyway thank you guys soooooooooooo much!!!! i love you all!!!!!

dear my friends, emi, masako, and takashi, who are going on exchange this summer too... lets study hard and have a lot of fun in US and Canada!!! and please keep in touch even in abroad!!!! we are always friends even though we are going to another state or country!!! :)

dear misuayu, ayumi and daniel!!!! good luck with your CIE stuff and i am sure that you all can make it and go abroad! after the hard work in CIE, fun stuff is waiting for you guys!! have fun in Australia and US!!!!

★★★USA★★★

here i am, blogging again. finally, i only have LESS THAN a month left...

today i'd like to talk a little bit about my life in America. i have been to the united states four times and this summer is gonna be my fifth time. when i first went there, i was 3 years old. i lived in Maryland for about 3 years from age 3 to 6. me and my family visited a lot of places in US while we lived there. i only remember a few though. but i really had a great time in maryland i think, and this is why i keep studying english and why i have always wanted to go back to america. about 10 years after i came back to japan, i went on a school trip to Iowa. i was in my second year at highschool. you may think "why Iowa?!", but my highschool had a sister school in Iowa so thats why we visited there. i stayed there only for 5 days but it was great. i stayed at homestay and i really enjoyed it!! it was so much fun★ after that we went to Chicago and stayed there only for a night. i didnt like it very much because i dont have any good memories in Chicago! im not gonna mention it now though... the third time, i went to Fresno, California to visit a school. i was going to take a kind of ESL class there after i graduated from high school, but i didnt because of some reasons. i stayed in Fresno only for a week. and the fourth time, i went to Hawaii with my mom. it was fun too, though i stayed there only for 4 days!!! i was too busy at that time... i wanna go there again! next time with friends though☆ and this time, im going to North Carolina. i will stay there for about 9 month and this is gonna be my second longest stay in US. so excited! :)
anyway these are my life with good memories in US

Question2

i only have 1 month left before i leave for US. im so excited but i still cant believe that im going to US. i should start packing stuff or buying things i need, but i haven't... i dont know what i should take with me first.... and my family members are kind of people who think like "you can buy things in US if you notice that you need after you get to US, so its gonna be ok if you can just enter US." so they also keep me from packing.. i know thats all my fault that i havent started packing though... oh! and i just noticed that i havent even got a suitcase!!! i have a big one now but my dad's gonna use it when i need so i need to get a new one! it seems like i should start something right now...
what do you take when you go abroad?
do you have something you recommend that i take with me??
give me some advice!!

Question

i bought a book today on my way home, which is about communication. i was killing time in a bookstore because i had about 1 hour left before i met up with my friend. and i found that book and bought it because im interested in communication and im actually going to study it in US. i just started reading it. in that book, there was a question. it was, "can you make 20 sentences which start with 'I am....' ?" like 'i am kind', 'i am selfish' or something like that. the book says its easy to make 10 sentences but more than 10, its gonna be difficult because people actually dont know about themselves well. i thought its true and the book also says that when you communicate with someone, your way of talking or communicating shows your real character to the people around you. and usually thats what you dont notice.
i think this book is quite interesting though i have not finished it yet. so, here's a question;
can you make 20 sentences that start with "I am...."??
how many sentences were you able to make??☆
